Visitors
Visitor parking for Towers 1, 2 and 3 is on P3. Follow the steps below to enter, register your vehicle and leave.
SECTION 01 // VISITOR ARRIVAL
Arriving
Before You Arrive: Ask your host for their tower, suite number and buzzer instructions.
Keep your gate ticket and register your licence plate with Offstreet before arrival or immediately after parking.
- Take a Ticket: Enter from Gilmore Avenue or Carleton Avenue and keep your ticket.
- Drive to P3: Follow the Residential Visitors signs.
- Buzz Your Host and Park: At the security gate, call your host using the correct tower and suite, then use an available stall marked VISITOR.
- Register Your Plate: Register with Offstreet before arrival, or immediately after parking if you have not registered yet.
Tip: Offstreet registration requires an active internet connection. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the Gilmore Place underground parkade.- Network Name:

Public_Wifi, and reconnect.

Register with Offstreet
Register Before Arrival: Anyone can register a licence plate with Offstreet. Residents can register for their visitors ahead of arrival to avoid registration issues on arrival. Register each vehicle separately.
Save Your Confirmation: Email the confirmation to yourself or screenshot the confirmation ID after registering. This is the only way to confirm your vehicle was registered for parking.
Parking Options
Free Parking: Up to 168 hours per month, per licence plate. There is no per-strata-lot guest vehicle limit. Each vehicle must register separately and use an available visitor stall.
Paid Options: $3/hour; $15 until 11:59 p.m.; or $20 until 9 a.m. the next day. Taxes and fees apply. Check Offstreet for current rates and your available options.
SECTION 02 // DEPARTURE & PARKING INFORMATION
Leaving
- Validate Your Ticket — When ready to leave, validate your gate ticket at a P3 validation station.
- Follow the Exit Signs — Drive towards the exit; the P3 security gate opens automatically.
- Scan at the Final Gate — Scan your validated ticket within 15 minutes of validation to exit without a gate charge. Otherwise payment is required.
Offstreet registration does not replace gate-ticket validation.
Parking Notices
If you receive an unexpected ticket from Diamond Parking, dispute the parking notice and provide your Offstreet confirmation ID.
Tickets can occur if a vehicle is not registered, or if registration is completed so close to a Diamond Parking patrol that their system has not yet updated.
